REACH –CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING

WHAT WE OFFER:

• REACH legisltation, CLP (Reg. nr. 1907/2006, Reg. nr. 1272/2008)- we present the main acts that regulate the chemicals market in Romania, national legislation but also European legislation
• definitions according to Reg. REACH: substance, intermediary, mixture, placing on the market, making available on the market, import, downstream user
• REACH registration obligations, classification, CLP labeling applicable to producers / distributors / end users; obligations regarding the transmission of information on the supply chain upstream and downstream (specific documents; safety data sheets, exposure scenarios, labels)
• modalities of implementation of the requirements Reg. REACH within the company: identification of the substances that are subject to REACH, exceptions from registration, the type of REACH registration applicable according to the tonnage, the approach of joint registration in the European Consortia, fees and royalties REACH, reduced fees for SMEs
• the procedure for classification and labeling of substances and mixtures according to Reg. CLP
• REACH dossier, IUCLID 6 software and REACH IT platform
• we present the contents of a chemical registration file, according to REACH requirements
• we present the IUCLID 6 software – support base for REACH file development
• we access the REACH – IT electronic platform, managed by ECHA
• we describe the role of the company within a SIEF – Forum for Information Exchange / Consortium;
• we define the term of unique representative in Europe; we will present how companies can market products
  chemicals manufactured outside the European Union
• we present the documents that accompany a chemical product upon delivery; the content and the way of elaborating a file with security data
